Refund Policy

Our services are digital and custom-developed. Once development begins, refunds are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility

• Full refund of any deposit if we cannot start the work within 14 days of payment.
• Partial refund for undelivered milestones if a project is cancelled before completion.
• No refund for completed milestones, time already invested, or third-party costs (licenses, hosting, plugins).

Process

Refund requests must be sent in writing within 14 days of the relevant invoice. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method where possible.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in collection actions and suspension of all services.
