Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by ALINA-MARIA VIZITEU STUDIO ("we", "us"). By engaging our services or submitting a project request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide digital, custom-developed web engineering services. All deliverables are produced electronically. No physical goods are shipped at any stage.

2. Engagement & Scope

Each engagement is defined by a written scope. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately. Revision limits apply per package and are documented in your statement of work.

3. Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates only and depend on timely feedback, asset provision and third-party services. Delays caused by the client may extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Client Materials & Intellectual Property

You represent that you own, or have a valid licence for, all materials submitted to us. On full payment, ownership of bespoke code is transferred to you. We retain rights to underlying frameworks, libraries and reusable components.

5. Payments & Chargebacks

Invoices are payable in EUR. Deposits are non-refundable once development begins. Unauthorized chargebacks initiated without first contacting us are considered a violation of these Terms and may be disputed in full.

6. Fraud Prevention & AML

We monitor transactions for fraud, money-laundering and abuse. We may verify identity, refuse service, suspend a project or report suspicious activity at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Maintenance & Support

Support is provided only within the support window specified in your package. Ongoing maintenance is available under separate agreement.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the 6 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days of written notice. Work completed up to termination remains payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.
